By purchasing a ticket, each attendee acknowledges having read and accepted the conditions that apply to the experience. This information will be supplemented by the final ticket policy before sales open.

Culinary experience and allergies
El Castillo is a prix-fixe, coursed culinary experience. Each attendee must report any food allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction during checkout.
Although the team will make reasonable efforts to address information submitted by the stated deadline, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate the risk of cross-contact. Food may be prepared or handled where milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and other allergens are processed.
People with severe allergies or a risk of anaphylaxis should evaluate this information before purchasing and identify the risk on the form. A request is not a guarantee that it can be accommodated; if it cannot, the team will contact the buyer before the event.
Alcoholic beverages
The ticket includes one complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail. Additional beverages are not included; a dedicated bar menu featuring wine, alcoholic beverages, and at least three cocktails will be available for purchase.
Alcohol service will be provided by the authorized vendor and limited to people who meet the applicable legal drinking age; valid government-issued identification may be required. Casa Antillana and the vendor may limit or refuse service for safety. Please drink responsibly and do not drive under the influence.
Transportation and punctuality
The ticket includes scheduled group transportation from Barranquitas to and from the experience. Check-in at the meeting point in Barranquitas begins at 10:00 a.m., and buses depart promptly at 11:00 a.m. Return transportation and arrival at the meeting point in Barranquitas are expected at approximately 8:00 p.m. The exact location, parking, vehicle identification, and remaining instructions will be emailed to the buyer after the final plan is confirmed.
Each attendee is responsible for arriving with sufficient time. Missing departure due to lateness or failing to appear does not qualify for a refund. Any direct-arrival alternative must be authorized in advance by Casa Antillana.
Historic property, tour, and safety
The ticket includes a guided tour of designated areas of El Cortijo in Barranquitas. Designed by Puerto Rican architect Rafael Carmoega and built in 1939, the property was listed on the United States National Register of Historic Places in 2018.
The tour may include indoor and outdoor areas, gardens, paths, stairs, slopes, elevation changes, and potentially uneven surfaces. Walk carefully, remain on authorized routes, and follow staff and guide instructions.
Do not touch, move, lean on, or place objects on architectural elements, artwork, historic furnishings, gardens, or restricted areas. Access may be limited for safety, preservation, weather, or operational reasons. The organizer may ask anyone whose conduct threatens safety, operations, or preservation of the property to leave.
Accessibility and special needs
Because of the property's historic architecture and topography, some areas may have access limitations. Report mobility, communication, or assistance needs during checkout. The team will contact you to evaluate reasonable alternatives before the event. Please submit requests as early as possible.
Attire, weather, and operational changes
Wear comfortable footwear suitable for outdoor and uneven surfaces, and dress for the day's conditions. Some activities will take place outdoors. Due to rain, wind, safety, ingredient availability, or operational needs, the organizer may adjust internal timing, routes, location, sequence, duration, menu, or collaborators while preserving the overall character of the experience.
Photography and video
Photography and video may take place to document and promote this and future Casa Antillana experiences. Anyone who prefers not to appear must indicate this during checkout or at event check-in; the team will provide an identification method and make reasonable efforts to honor that preference. This may not prevent incidental appearance in wide shots of shared event spaces.
Tickets, age, cancellation, and belongings
El Castillo is exclusively for guests age 18 and older. Minors will not be admitted, and valid identification may be required at check-in.
All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable for personal reasons, lateness, missed transportation, no-shows, weather, or reasonable changes to the menu, route, collaborators, or internal schedule. If Casa Antillana cancels the event, the refund required by the platform and applicable law will be processed. If the event is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date and applicable options will be communicated.
A ticket applies only to the date and experience shown. The total price, fees, and taxes will be displayed before purchase confirmation. Proof of purchase and identification may be required. Each attendee is responsible for personal belongings and timely communication of any condition requiring assistance.
Emergencies
In an emergency, follow staff instructions. If reporting a severe allergy or assistance need, provide clear information and carry any prescribed rescue medication. Information submitted to the organizer is not a substitute for medical advice or care.
Information privacy
Allergy, dietary, and accessibility information will be used to coordinate the experience and attendee safety. It may be shared only with staff and vendors who need it to provide the service. Do not include diagnoses or medical details that are unnecessary. To request correction or deletion, email info@casaantillana.com, subject to applicable legal and operational obligations.

These required questions will be completed for each attendee:
Do you have any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions? Yes / No.
If yes: attendee name and detailed description.
Could the reported allergy cause a severe reaction or anaphylaxis? Yes / No.
Do you require assistance or an accessibility accommodation? Yes / No.
If yes: describe the need and preferred contact method.
Do you prefer not to appear in promotional photography or video? Yes / No.
Optional order question: “Would you like to sit with guests who purchased separately? Provide their names or group name.” The request is subject to final table capacity and layout.
Each attendee must also check: “I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. I have read and accept the important information and conditions for El Castillo, and I confirm that the information provided is accurate.”
